HISTORY
From Autumn/Winter 2017 under Demna Gvasalia, Vetements presented politically charged graphics referencing institutional emblems and national symbols. This piece reworks the French Republic insignia in a cropped long-sleeve format, part of the brand’s ongoing exploration of authority, parody, and subversion of cultural codes.
