HISTORY
Released as part of the Fall/Winter 2021 men’s collection, this hooded jacket was created for the landmark collaboration between Louis Vuitton and the NBA under creative director Virgil Abloh. The partnership marked a pivotal moment in menswear, formally merging luxury fashion with professional sports culture. The collection reinterpreted NBA iconography through Louis Vuitton’s house codes, applying Monogram jacquard techniques and graphic patches to classic American silhouettes.
