HISTORY
Presented during the Spring/Summer 2016 season under creative director Alber Elbaz, this shoulder bag reflects Lanvin’s late-period exploration of wit and elegance through graphic intervention. The collection prominently featured sketch-like trompe-l’oeil motifs inspired by atelier drafts and design blueprints, translating the process of luxury craftsmanship directly onto finished pieces. Released shortly before Elbaz’s departure from the house, the bag stands as a document of his final vision for Lanvin, balancing refined construction with playful, hand-drawn expression.
