HISTORY
Produced for Autumn/Winter 2017, this Beta SL represents one of the key collaborations between Arc’teryx and Japanese retailer BEAMS. BEAMS reimagined the ultralight alpine shell with a distinct two-tone blue palette, applying its signature use of color to Arc’teryx’s most versatile waterproof layer. Built with GORE-TEX® Paclite® technology, the Beta SL was originally designed as a packable, emergency shell for alpine use, combining technical performance with a fashion-oriented interpretation in this edition.
