Designed by Kris Van Assche for Dior Homme’s Fall/Winter 2009 runway, this overcoat reflects the collection’s emphasis on relaxed tailoring and textural experimentation. The season shifted away from the rigid silhouettes of previous years, introducing looser proportions and heavier knits in subdued palettes. This speckled wool coat exemplifies that evolution, merging classic form with a softened, tactile finish.
