HISTORY

Designed by Kris Van Assche for Dior Homme’s Fall/Winter 2008 collection, this windbreaker reflects the designer’s early redefinition of the house’s menswear codes. Moving away from Hedi Slimane’s strict tailoring, Van Assche introduced more utilitarian and layered silhouettes. This piece typifies that transition, combining technical materials with an industrial, almost modular construction.
