HISTORY
Presented for Spring/Summer 2024, this piece was designed under Yohji Yamamoto’s ongoing direction for Pour Homme, continuing his exploration of deconstructed tailoring and military references. The collection revisited classic outerwear archetypes, reconfiguring them through altered proportions and fluid volume. This blouson adapts traditional trench coat elements into a shortened format, reflecting Yamamoto’s consistent interest in disrupting conventional garment hierarchies while preserving functional detail.
