Released for Spring/Summer 2021 under designer Jun Takahashi, this jacket exemplifies UNDERCOVER’s long-standing approach to deconstruction rooted in punk and avant-garde tailoring. The collection continued Takahashi’s exploration of classic menswear forms disrupted by functional gimmicks, with exposed and adjustable elements integrated into otherwise traditional silhouettes. The shoulder zip construction reflects the brand’s signature tension between refinement and subversion, positioning the piece firmly within UNDERCOVER’s modern archive.
