HISTORY
From Virgil Abloh’s tenure at Louis Vuitton (2018–2021), the Chain Links series reinterpreted classic jewelry silhouettes with bold, industrial proportions. This archive sample reflects Abloh’s signature approach—recasting heritage codes in contemporary forms. Chain link necklaces became recurring motifs in his collections, often paired with exaggerated tailoring and streetwear-inflected luxury.
