HISTORY
From Jun Takahashi’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection “Less But Better,” these sandals embody the season’s homage to German industrial designer Dieter Rams and his philosophy of functional minimalism. The collection emphasized pared-down forms and futuristic material use, translating Bauhaus-inspired principles into footwear and apparel. This sandal design reflects Takahashi’s balance of utilitarian detail and experimental construction.
